Apply to be a discussion leader!
What does it mean to be a discussion leader?
Facilitate and lead a group of 15-20 DEI professionals in dialogue topics. Discussion Leaders will be provided suggested discussion questions to lead or may submit their own topics to lead the group towards intentional dialogue!
Pre-Selected Topic Suggestions Include but are not limited to:
- Doing DEI work in non-DEI spaces
- Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American (APIDA) Center Spaces and Support
- Latinx/e Center Spaces and Support
- Pan African / Black Center Spaces and Support
- Native / Indigenous Center Spaces and Support
- LGBTQIA2S/PRIDE Center Space and Support
- Doing DEI work in non-DEI spaces and Support
What you should know about becoming a discussion leader:
- Deadline to apply will be Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 11:59pm
- Discussion leaders will be selected by Monday, April 30th, 2024
- Discussion leaders will be required to attend a Discussion Leaders Meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 12:00-1:00pm via Zoom
- Discussion Leaders will receive suggested discussion questions in May
